Job summary

You will provide strategic advice to the Executive Team, oversee litigation, and supervise outside counsel, with collaboration across global teams.

The role requires 8–10+ years of relevant experience, a JD/LLB, and Ontario Bar admission.

• Experience advising executive leadership and senior management.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and practical legal advice to the Executive Team and senior management.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Legal Department and supervision of outside counsel.
• Manage litigation matters and develop case strategy.
• Develop internal compliance programs, training and policies.
• Collaborate with global and regional legal teams on shared strategies.
