Overview

Part of Canada’s largest cooperative financial group, the Desjardins Agent Network (DAN) and Direct Insurance Division manages distribution outside Quebec for Property & Casualty insurance, with a premium base exceeding $4B. The division aims to drive profitable growth and is responsible for over 200 professionals and approximately 450 agents and their teams. As a Strategic Advisor, you will support the division’s transformational initiatives, working closely with the Vice-President to shape and implement strategic visions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and monitor strategic planning activities, track business performance, and support the design of strategies aligned with division goals.
  • Lead and influence stakeholders on innovative, complex initiatives, helping develop strategic directions and industry insights.
  • Provide recommendations on high-level projects requiring analysis of operational and organizational complexities.
  • Serve as an expert resource and coach for senior management and decision-making bodies.

What You Bring
