Overview

Part of Canada’s largest cooperative financial group, the Desjardins Agent Network (DAN) and Direct Insurance Division manages distribution outside Quebec for Property & Casualty insurance, with a premium base exceeding $4B. The division aims to drive profitable growth through a network of approximately 450 agents and over 200 professionals, serving members and clients across multiple regions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning, monitor business performance, and help define targets and improvement opportunities.
• Lead and influence stakeholders on innovative strategic initiatives across sectors, developing strategic directions and business positions.
• Provide industry insights to help the division develop top-tier industry acumen.
• Make recommendations on complex projects, requiring analysis and coordination with diverse stakeholders.
• Serve as an expert advisor, resource person, and coach for senior management and decision-making bodies.
