We provide comprehensive support to 8 manufacturing lines in Europe and the Middle East, with core services in OEM/private label sourcing, raw material distribution, and multi-channel expansion.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account & Supply Chain Manager to join our growing team. This is a cross-functional leadership role that combines account and brand management with hands-on supply chain operations. You will be responsible for driving the growth, efficiency, and satisfaction of our brand partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Brand Management
• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned brand partners and key accounts
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce clients
• Lead onboarding and go-to-market strategy for new products and SKUs
• Monitor account performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights
• Coordinate with internal marketing and design teams to support brand visibility and promotional activity
Supply Chain & Operations
• Manage purchase orders, inventory flow, shipping schedules, and customs coordination
• Oversee logistics, warehousing, and last-mile distribution across North America
• Ensure timely, cost-efficient fulfillment while optimizing inventory levels
• Work closely with international suppliers and freight partners to maintain a reliable supply chain
• Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies with a proactive, strategic approach
Qualifications
• 4–7 years of professional experience in supply chain management, account management, or brand management
• Strong knowledge of B2B operations, international trade, and product distribution
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and partner relationships
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HubSpot, and supply chain tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field
• Multilingual capabilities (French, Spanish, or Mandarin) are a strong asset
