Strategic Account Manager (Bilingual – English & French)
As a Strategic Account Manager at Coveo, your experience in growing an existing customer base of large, global strategic accounts will be key in managing the entire sales cycle of our most strategic customers across a variety of industries.
You’ll develop strategies to expand and continuously drive incremental value / revenue and customer satisfaction from our AI Platform. You are passionate and laser focused on customer business outcomes, and just as passionate about cutting edge AI solutions. You have the ability to navigate global, complex accounts, have a strong business acumen, and are comfortable working with C-Suite and Senior IT / Digital Leaders.
