Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Store management of inventory and all related stores activities including POS inventory setups, material location assignments, and all material ERP transactions.
• Perform cycle counting and address cycle count variances.
• Issue jobs and assemble kits (Kitting).
• Provide administrative support to Operations and Quality—scan job records, quality documentation, and reporting (Excel, Word).
• Handle receiving and shipping duties; manage intercompany transfer orders/shipments.

Job description

We are seeking a Stores Clerk / Material Handler to join our team based in Stratford, ON.

The Material Handler is responsible for ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and tracking of materials and products for a facility. Under general supervision, performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distribution of materials, parts, supplies and equipment.

Location: Stratford, ON

Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 Annual

• Primary Focus is Stores Management of Inventory and all associated Stores activities (including Point of Use inventory setups, Material Location Assignments, all Material ERP Transactions)
• Cycle Counting / Cycle Count Variance Reconciliations
• Job Order Issuing and Kitting
• Administrative support to Operations and Quality - Scanning of Operations Job Records, Quality Documentation, Reporting (Excel, Word)
• Receiving, Shipping
• Intercompany Transfer Orders/ Shipments
• OSV receiving
• Process TR receipts and kit pack TR for Nogales
• Scrap ticket reports
• Form one creation for Stores to MRO transactions
• All Scanning
• Stores Management and organization
• Stores Location moves and setups
