Job summary

Michaels Surrey store is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, manage checkout operations, and support truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance. You will engage customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and participate in omni-channel tasks such as Buy Online Pickup in Store.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient checkout experience and assist customers throughout the store.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms (POGs).
• Support store recovery and merchandising to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Assist with BOPIS/SFS processes and omni-channel activities.
• Promote and enroll customers in store Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; comply with safety and loss prevention programs.

Store - VAN-SURREY, BCDeliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for. Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
