Job summary

Bath Depot is seeking a 3rd Key Holder for our Saint John store. This full-time, on-site role supports the Store Manager, drives sales, and delivers exceptional customer service while guiding a small team through daily operations.

You will oversee merchandising, training, and inventory processes, ensuring targets like SPH and DPT are met. The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of sales or team leadership experience and a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in retail sales (preferred).
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales or team management.
• Available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills.
• Communicates effectively.
• Shows initiative, autonomy, and a consistently positive attitude.
• Uses sound judgment and is solution-oriented.
• Solid organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, and support the in-store team.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
• Encourage team members to achieve their goals.
• Reach sales goals, including SPH (Sales Per Hour) and DPT (Dollars Per Transaction).
• Review sales reports and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Build long-term relationships with both employees and customers.
• Support onboarding of new staff.
• Provide consistent follow-up with customers.
• Handle store opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Promote and ensure effective visual merchandising.
• Apply company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory according to established processes.
