The Jean Coutu Group in Gatineau, Canada is seeking a store leader to drive customer service improvements and manage day-to-day operations. You will supervise staff, participate in hiring and performance evaluations, and ensure the store opens and closes smoothly.

Formación

• Must have a track record in our industry or be willing to train; management experience is a solid asset.
• Retail management experience is advantageous and can be a plus for applicants.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure continuous improvement of customer service.
• Plan, distribute and supervise the work of employees under your responsibility.
• Collaborate with the management team on hiring, performance evaluations and scheduling.
• Oversee opening and closing, ensuring the store runs smoothly and remains clean.
• Maintain a commercial image consistent with The Jean Coutu Group standards.
• Train employees under your supervision.
