Job summary

Wine & Beyond, part of the SNDL family, is seeking a Store Supervisor for our Alberta locations. You will lead a team to deliver excellent service, manage promotions, and oversee inventory while ensuring compliance with Alberta liquor laws and company policies.

This role emphasizes ownership, teamwork, and a proactive approach to store operations. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of retail supervisory experience, a valid ProServe certification (or willingness to obtain), and the ability to work in

• Valid ProServe Certification or willingness to obtain before starting.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs during shifts.
• Reliable team player with strong communication skills and willingness to support others.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
