Job summary

Wine & Beyond Township in Alberta is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations and mentor a dedicated team, delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail liquor setting.

The ideal candidate holds a ProServe Certification (or is willing to obtain) and has at least 1 year of supervisory retail experience, with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a dynamic environment. You will oversee promotions, inventory, and compliance with liquor laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail.
• ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain before starting).
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout shift.
• Reliable team player with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

As a Store Supervisor, you will help ensure the store operates efficiently and that customers receive friendly, knowledgeable service.
