Ace Liquor Discounter is seeking a Store Supervisor for Liquor Depot Cascade. The role focuses on leading a team, supporting store operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive service excellence, oversee promotions and inventory, and ensure compliance with liquor laws while contributing to store financial targets. This position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and ownership mindset in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.
• Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members to ensure excellent service and smooth operations.
• Model professionalism, teamwork, and a strong ownership mindset.
• Assist with product rollouts, promotions, and inventory management (ordering and receiving).
• Verify IDs and ensure all sales follow Alberta liquor laws and company policies.
• Support the store in meeting financial targets and following cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
