Job summary

Under Armour in Niagara-on-the-Lake is seeking a Store Supervisor to coach teammates, support daily operations, and drive results. You’ll back up the Assistant Store Manager, uphold merchandise standards, and help create a high‑performance culture where everyone thrives.

You will analyze daily sales trends for real‑time decisions, direct merchandising moves, monitor loss prevention, and lead areas such as Talent, Visuals and Operations while providing customers with product details.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full-time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (hand-held/mobile devices).
• Able to stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12 kgs.
• Knowledge of employment laws including compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions.
• Analyze merchandise reports and direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation.
• Understand loss prevention standards and monitor store audit compliance and results.
• Lead and/or rotate ownership of key areas such as Talent, Visuals, Operations to gain experience across all areas of the business.
• Provide customers with detailed information about a wide selection of products.
• Communicate with teammates about accidents/injuries to store leadership immediately.
• Communicate clear priorities, sales and KPI targets to sales teammates to achieve target.
• Support store and regional leadership teams and local HR during onboarding and continuous training.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
