Walmart Canada in Laval, QC is seeking an associate to provide customer service while stocking items and organizing backroom operations. You will greet customers, help locate merchandise, and support the store’s stock replenishment and availability processes.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safe work practices, and adherence to store policies. Minimum age is 16, and training will cover safety and proper stocking procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
