Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking an Asset Protection Associate in Windsor, Ontario. The role focuses on maintaining a safe store environment, reducing shrink, and protecting people and merchandise. You will patrol, investigate incidents, support emergency procedures, and assist leadership in loss prevention efforts.

The position requires being 16 or older and possessing a Security Guard License. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends is expected.

Responsibilities

• Patrols the store to maintain a safe, secure environment for customers and colleagues.
• Investigates incidents of shrink and reports findings to Store Leadership.
• Supports emergency procedures and evacuations during incidents.
• Carries out external apprehensions when required in line with company policy.
• Gathers and communicates information to leadership from multiple sources.
• Performs additional duties to support evolving Asset Protection priorities.
