Job summary

RONA in Canada is seeking an experienced estimator to translate architectural and structural plans into accurate, detailed estimates for major projects. You will produce strategic quotes that increase win rates and support PRO customers.

You will develop technical solutions, including engineered wood layouts, recommend code-compliant alternatives, and act as a technical reference for store sales teams and professionals.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Experience estimating in construction environments.
• Strong technical judgment and solution-oriented mindset.
• Deep knowledge of building materials and building codes.
• Precision, rigor, and ability to perform under pressure.
• Experience with wood-frame construction and engineered wood is a strong asset.
