Job summary

RONA in Saint-Bruno, QC is seeking a skilled estimator to translate architectural and structural plans into accurate, detailed estimates for PRO projects. You will produce strategic quotes that improve win rates on major initiatives and develop technical solutions, including engineered wood layouts.

Collaborating with clients, engineers, and store teams, you will manage high-volume requests, provide code-compliant recommendations, and act as a trusted reference.

Qualifications

• Advanced ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Proven expertise in estimating within construction environments.
• Strong technical judgment and solution-oriented mindset.
• Deep knowledge of building materials and building codes.
• Precision, rigor, and ability to perform under pressure.
• Experience with wood-frame construction and engineered wood (strong asset).
