Job summary

solis optics, a division of FYihealth group, is seeking a Store Manager/Optician in Vancouver to lead daily store operations and provide exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage processes, and implement marketing initiatives to strengthen the brand.

Ideal candidates are Registered Opticians in British Columbia with 2–4 years of management or supervisory experience and a relevant college degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Registered Optician in British Columbia or equivalent certification.
• 2–4 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in customer service and retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with focus on customer service, standards, cost efficiency, and alignment with company goals.
• Coach and mentor staff to develop skills and improve performance.
• Collaborate with Regional Coach to enhance leadership and drive store success.
• Foster a high-performing team by inspiring and empowering staff to achieve store goals.
• Refine processes, implement initiatives, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Lead marketing initiatives and track effectiveness to grow the brand.
