The role requires Ontario registration, a college degree or equivalent experience, and 2–4 years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, high-quality standards, cost efficiency, and strong performance in alignment with company goals and values.
• Coach and mentor team members to develop skills, improve performance, and grow their knowledge.
• Collaborate with the Regional Coach to enhance leadership skills and drive store success.
• Foster a motivated, high-performing team by inspiring and empowering the team to achieve store goals.
• Enhance store performance by refining processes, introducing initiatives, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Lead marketing initiatives and track their effectiveness to grow and strengthen the brand.
