Sunglass Hut in Vancouver is seeking a Store Manager who leads on the floor, coaches the team and delivers The Sunglass Hut Experience to every guest. You’ll guide daily operations, motivate associates and model exceptional customer service to grow sales and build brand loyalty.

With 2+ years of leadership and a passion for fashion retail, you’ll develop staff, manage inventory, and ensure flawless execution of store standards in a dynamic environment that emphasises inclusivity and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Expertise in all aspects of store operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution drive.
• Ability to use critical thinking to ensure flawless operational execution.

Responsibilities
