Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. in Saskatoon seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development.

You will help manage day-to-day store activities, supervise associates, handle merchandising, payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention while maintaining a clean, safe shopping environment. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives, payroll, scheduling and cash handling per procedures.
• Maintain promotional fixtures, displays and store cleanliness; follow safety guidelines.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection; assist in coaching Store Associates.
