Qualifications

• Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling and deposits.
• Lead staff to maintain merchandising standards and customer engagement.
• Schedule and manage labour within budgeted staffing models.
• Coach staff on performance and safety policies.
• Ensure cleanliness and safe working environment across the store.
• Collaborate with Corporate Store Manager on daily operations.
