Job summary

GARAGE, part of Groupe Dynamite, is seeking an Operations Associate to keep the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, manage inventory, process shipments, and ensure the floor stays full and fresh to create a seamless customer experience.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll coordinate back‑of‑house tasks, support e‑commerce orders, handle markdowns, and collaborate with a proactive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6+ months stockroom/inventory/back-of-house experience preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized.
• Proactive team player with ownership mindset.
• Customer-first approach to store experience.
• Social media familiarity and basic tech skills helpful.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the stockroom and keep inventory moving.
