Job summary

Groupe Dynamite's GARAGE store in Delta, BC, is seeking an Operations Associate to keep the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, move inventory, process shipments, and ensure the floor stays full and fresh, from e-comm orders to markdowns, helping create a seamless experience that keeps customers coming back.

You’ll be a proactive team player who pays attention to details, owns tasks, and puts customers first.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (bonus if fashion-related).
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset—you know your work powers the experience.
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus).
• Having a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, process shipments.
• Keep the floor full and fresh; support E-comm orders and markdowns.
