Job summary

Pro Hockey Life Sporting Goods Inc. in London, Ontario, is seeking a Department Sales Manager (Merchandise) to execute the brand purpose, manage pricing and promo standards, and ensure an accessible, shoppable floor.

You will oversee product flow, visual merchandising, and compliance with LP and OH&S policies while serving as a community ambassador with local partners. You will coach and develop store teams, lead weekly plans, price changes, and department POP, and drive staff onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop store staff, set expectations and provide ongoing support.
• Execute weekly plans and ensure price changes and department POP are completed.
• Maintain visual compliance, pricing standards, and store operations.
• Lead onboarding and staff development, including annual appraisals for part-time staff.
• Act as community ambassador and maintain customer experience standards.
