Responsibilities include staff training, loss prevention, analyzing performance data, and ensuring health and safety compliance. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily store operations and supervise the staff.
