Job summary

StorageVault Canada Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Surrey, BC. This full-time, day-shift role includes a 6-week paid training program and clear pathways for advancement within a growing self-storage company.

You will lead front desk operations, assist clients with storage solutions, and ensure smooth property tours and rental processing. Starting pay is $22-24/hour with annual bonus potential of $2,000–$5,000.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Customer service or sales experience is an asset.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Helping clients find storage solutions that fit their needs.
• Managing front desk operations, customer inquiries and property tours.
• Confirming reservations and completing rental agreements.

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Customer service or sales experience is an asset
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude with strong people skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are considered an asset
• Flexibility to travel between nearby locations as needed

Schedule

• Day shifts only
• Monday to Saturday availability required
• Weekend availability as needed
