Job summary

Access Storage in Ontario is seeking a Store Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences and oversee daily store operations. You will assist customers, conduct tours, and manage rentals in a fast-paced, hospitality‑driven environment.

No management experience is required; a 6-week paid training program is provided to set you up for long‑term success and leadership growth. Day shifts and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Clear English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Customer service or sales experience is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive, people‑oriented attitude is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are assets.
• Willingness to travel between nearby Access Storage locations.

Responsibilities

• Help clients find storage solutions that fit their needs.
• Manage front desk operations, customer inquiries and property tours.
• Confirm reservations and complete rental agreements.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Keep the property clean, organized, and client ready.
• Conduct daily inspections of storage units and property.
