Job summary

Sentinel Storage is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations in Kamloops, BC. This full-time role includes a 6-week paid training program and strong advancement potential within a Canadian-owned company.

Starting pay is $21-23/hour with bonus potential of $2,000–$5,000 annually, along with paid vacation, benefits after 90 days, and ongoing coaching. You’ll coordinate client service, tours, and payments while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Customer service or sales experience is an asset.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude with strong people skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Flexibility to travel between nearby locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help clients find storage solutions that fit their needs.
• Manage front desk operations, customer inquiries and property tours.
• Confirm reservations and complete rental agreements.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
