Job summary

Bailey Nelson is seeking a Store Manager for our new Summerhill, Ontario store. You will lead a passionate team to deliver exceptional eyecare and eyewear experiences, while driving store performance and fostering collaboration with Optometrists.

As a fully licensed Optician in Ontario, you will guide the team, manage operations, and participate in leadership development, training, and a supportive store culture.

Qualifications

• Fully Licensed Optician in Ontario, in good standing with the College of Opticians of Ontario.
• Experience as a Senior Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and eyecare outcomes.
• Energy to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business and adapt to change.
• Leadership to develop and motivate your team and store partners.

Responsibilities

Bailey Nelson is currently in search of an incredible Store Manager to join our new store to be opened in Summerhill, Ontario.

What we need from you:

• Experience - You are a fully Licensed Optician in Ontario and in good standing with the College of Opticians of Ontario. You have previous experience as a Senior Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.
• Passion - A genuine passion for creating amazing customer experiences, helping solve their eyecare and eyewear needs and deliver outstanding outcomes for both them and your store.
