Job summary

Bailey Nelson is seeking a Store Manager Optician for our Upper Canada Mall location in Ontario. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding eyecare and retail experiences while driving store performance and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a fully licensed Optician in Ontario with prior senior store management experience, excellent leadership, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed optician in Ontario and in good standing with the College of Opticians of Ontario.
• Previous experience as a Senior Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.

Responsibilities

What We Need From You

• Experience - You are a fully Licensed Optician in Ontario and in good standing with the College of Opticians of Ontario. You have previous experience as a Senior Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.
