Hourly rate ranges from $22.90 - $23.15 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain Guest Services.
2. Oversee and be accountable for the operation of a store.
3. Ensure maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, and human resources management.
4. Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum age requirement is 21.
2. Prior retail management experience is required.
3. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours.
