Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Hourly Rate: $17.90 - $18.15 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain Guest Services.
2. Support the Store Manager in overall store operations.
3. Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage.
4. Manage merchandising and inventory in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications: Minimum age 18, prior retail and/or management experience required.

Physical Demands: Standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours.
