You will ensure proper execution of customer service and merchandising standards, policies and procedures and Associate development.*Job Responsibilities:** Overall responsibility for sales and profitability of the store* Control expenses and manage customer relations* Ensure customer service standards are maintained* Ensure merchandise is filled and the store is easy to shop* Follow all merchandise and marketing guidelines* Recruit, train, develop, motivate and manage a team of Associates & Keyholders* Set up ads properly and on time* Receive and manage freight & deliveries* Ensure all loss prevention policies and procedures are followed*Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience** 1-2 years retail management experience* Grade 12 education or equivalent* Career minded, a self starter, and customer oriented* Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, multi-task environment* Strong communication, organizational, leadership, decision making and interpersonal skills* Flexible, super friendly, adaptable, efficient and professional manner*#INDHP*Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per yearSchedule:* Weekends as neededAbility to commute/relocate:* Sparwood, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)Location:* Sparwood, BC (preferred)Work Location: In person
