Job summary

Specsavers Victoria is seeking a Store Manager to lead the daily retail operations, oversee a collaborative team of optical and retail staff, and deliver an outstanding customer journey from start to finish.

You will coach and develop team members, manage inventory and product selection, and ensure compliance with industry standards while upholding Specsavers’ values and customer-first approach. This role offers full-time hours with a competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Registered with the College of Opticians and possess a valid Dispensing Optician License.
• Experience managing store operations and improving business performance.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
• Train and develop optical staff to enhance technical and customer service skills.
• Collaborate with optical and retail teams to deliver integrated care.
• Analyze store performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee selection and procurement of optical products and knowledge of offerings.
