Job summary

Fisherman’s Market International seeks a Store Manager to lead our Bedford location, Halifax area, with a focus on exceptional customer experiences and strong team development. You will oversee operations, merchandising, and staff performance in a trusted seafood retailer.

You will build a capable, engaged team, drive sales, and maintain high standards of quality and service while fostering a positive work culture and community connection.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail, food service, or customer-focused environments.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain staff.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
