Job summary

True North Cannabis Co. and True North Vape are seeking experienced Store Managers to join our team. Store Managers are hands-on working managers responsible for leading employees, managing daily operations and actively working alongside the team.

This role covers both cannabis and vape retail operations across True North Cannabis Co. and True North Vape, with duties including opening/closing, inventory checks, customer service, and ensuring compliance and safety on busy schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory or management experience.
• ValidCannSell Certification required.
• Vape/tobacco retail knowledge is an asset; training will be provided.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling and inventory.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of store operations.
• Successful criminal background check required.

This is adual-role position supporting both our cannabis and vape retail operations. Store Managers are hands‑on working managers responsible for leading employees, managing daily operations and actively working alongside the team.

Depending on operational needs, scheduled hours and responsibilities may be assigned across True North Cannabis Co. and True North Vape.

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

This is an active retail role requiring extended periods of standing, bending, reaching, stocking and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Our locations operate 7 days a week, with hours that may range from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Full-Time: 32 - 40 hours/week
