Job summary

True North Cannabis Co. & Associated Companies is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily cannabis and vape retail operations and to coach a dedicated team. You will ensure exceptional customer service, security, and store standards while coordinating coverage across both True North Cannabis Co.

and True North Vape. The role requires hands-on leadership, 2+ years of retail management, and a ValidCannSell Certification.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory or management experience.
• ValidCannSell Certification is required.
• Vape/tobacco retail knowledge is an asset; training will be provided.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling and inventory.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of store operations.
• Successful criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

True North Cannabis Co. and True North Vape are looking for experienced, reliable and motivated Store Managers to join our team.

This is adual-role position supporting both our cannabis and vape retail operations. Store Managers are hands‑on working managers responsible for leading employees, managing daily operations and actively working alongside the team.

Depending on operational needs, scheduled hours and responsibilities may be assigned across True North Cannabis Co. and True North Vape.

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

This is an active retail role requiring extended periods of standing, bending, reaching, stocking and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Our locations operate 7 days a week, with hours that may range from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Full-Time: 32 - 40 hours/week
