Job summary

Kibbi in Yukon is seeking a capable supervisor to direct and organize daily operations, plan staffing, and ensure smooth service across the team.

You will recruit, hire and supervise staff and volunteers, oversee payroll, and implement pricing policies while addressing customer requests and supply issues.

This permanent, full-time role offers 40 hours per week, on-site duties, and English as the working language, with opportunities to mentor youth through our Support for Youth program.

Qualifications

• Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold
• Implement price and credits policies
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Determine staffing requirements
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
• Oversee payroll administration
• Conduct performance reviews
