You will train staff, manage daily operations, and collaborate with the leadership team to deliver exceptional customer service and visually appealing displays. Bilingual ability is an asset and availability for busy periods is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous team management experience in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Sociable, a good communicator and a strong team player.
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals and maintaining standards.
• Train and coach team members on customer support and sales techniques.
• Coordinate store activities and ensure smooth operations with the management team.
• Create a positive work environment and foster pride and belonging in La Vie en Rose.
• Plan and maintain store visuals and planograms, reflecting brand image.
• Open and close the store and manage daily administration tasks.
