La Vie en Rose in Montreal is seeking a dedicated full-time sales associate to welcome customers, explain products, and drive store performance. You’ll open and close the store, meet personal sales goals, and provide a warm, personalized shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome and assist them in finding products.
• Explain product details, materials, quality, and features; suggest complementary items.
• Be available in the fitting room and assist customers as needed.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Manage the sales floor when managers aren’t present; keep it clean and organized.
• Place products on the floor for a memorable shopping experience.
• Assist customers at cash register and process transactions.
• Follow head office policies and procedures; participate in team duties as needed.
