JRoss Recruiters in Calgary is partnering with a leading apparel retailer to hire a Store Manager who will lead the sales floor, coach a high-performing team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience aligned with the brand’s standards.

The role focuses on sales leadership, staff development, inventory control, visual merchandising, and efficient store operations to drive revenue and brand loyalty in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years of retail management experience in apparel.
• Proven success leading a sales-focused retail environment.
• Experience coaching and developing a team.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory, and customer experience.
• Ability to analyze sales results and drive data-based decisions.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient with retail systems and POS.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Experience Excellence: Lead by example by delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming, engaging shopping experience.
• Sales Leadership: Drive store revenue by setting goals, monitoring performance, and coaching the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a strong team while creating a positive and accountable work environment.
• Employee Development: Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to help team members grow and succeed.
• Store Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes, compliance with company standards, and a high level of execution.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain strong merchandising standards and ensure the store presentation aligns with brand expectations.
• Inventory Management: Support inventory accuracy, product availability, replenishment, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Community Engagement: Build relationships within the Calgary market and create opportunities to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Performance Management: Analyze sales results and operational metrics while identifying opportunities to improve business performance.
