Miniso Canada is seeking a Store Manager for Burlington Centre in Burlington, ON. Lead and develop a high-performing retail team, drive sales targets, manage inventory and store operations with a focus on customer experience.

You will recruit, train, coach associates, optimize merchandising and budgets, ensure compliance, and cultivate a safe, welcoming shopping environment while delivering KPIs. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of retail management experience in a fast-paced setting and

We are currently hiring for an Store Manager position at Burlington Centre.

Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead, train and mentor all associates to optimal potential
• Monitor performance of team and train employees and provides coaching to improve performance
• Manage goods/inventory and ensure operations is run smoothly
• Actively seeks and sources for strong candidates
• Focuses on KPIs, sales goals and labour cost, developing action plans to achieve targets
• Ensure all customer queries and complaints are dealt with proactively and logically, ensuring no customers leave the store unsatisfied
• Manage and motivate team to increase sales, meet sales goals and ensure efficiency, increasing retention amongst employees
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
• Ensure sales goals are met along with other important aspects
• Analyze and compare data for effective merchandising

Store Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience Retail Management experience
• Experience in small convenience/retail/ grocery stores similar to MINISO Canada
• Experience managing team in Retail Setting
• Eligible to work in Canada
