Job summary

Miniso Canada is seeking a Store Manager for Burlington Centre in Burlington, ON. Lead and develop a high-performing retail team, drive sales targets, manage inventory and store operations with a focus on customer experience.

You will recruit, train, coach associates, optimize merchandising and budgets, ensure compliance, and cultivate a safe, welcoming shopping environment while delivering KPIs. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of retail management experience in a fast-paced setting and

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management.
Experience in small convenience/retail/grocery stores similar to MINISO Canada.
Experience managing a team in a retail setting.
Eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

Lead, train and mentor all associates to optimal potential.
Monitor performance of team and provide coaching to improve results.
Manage goods/inventory and ensure operations run smoothly.
Actively source strong candidates for vacancies.
Focus on KPIs, sales goals and labour cost with action plans to achieve targets.
Address customer queries and complaints proactively and ensure satisfaction.
Motivate team to increase sales and retention; maintain safe, clean store environment.
Analyze data for effective merchandising.
