Job summary

Oscar Wylee Bramalea City Centre in Brampton is seeking a Store Manager to lead and inspire the team while overseeing day-to-day store operations. You will partner with the District Manager to gain valuable commercial and operational experience, drive performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through hands-on coaching and strategic rosters.

As part of our Canada team, you will manage rosters and budgets, ensure compliance, and contribute to store growth with a focus on patient

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail.
• Experience aiding rosters, labour planning or store performance.
• Passion for delivering great customer experiences.
• Interest in developing decision-making, coaching and team culture.
• Optician license is required.

As Store Manager for Oscar Wylee in Bramalea, your role will be to lead and inspire your team to deliver remarkable results and oversee day-to-day store operations.

You will work closely with our experienced District Manager to gain valuable commercial and operational experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, compliance, and performance standards
• Support your team to reach performance goals through genuine customer care, not pushy sales tactics.
• Manage rosters, budgets, and labour efficiency
• Provide hands-on support in-store, assisting with sales, service, and patient care
• Partner with Optometrists to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience

About You

• Previous leadership experience in retail (title isn’t important - if you’ve coached people and driven results, we want to hear from you!)
• Experience supporting or contributing to rosters, labour planning, or store performance - we’ll help you grow your capability in these areas.
• A passion for delivering great customer experiences
• A keen interest in developing your skills in decision-making, coaching, and team culture
• Optician License is required.
