Job summary

Oscar Wylee Pty in Hamilton is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support day-to-day retail operations and uphold company policies. You will fill a leadership role when the Store Manager is away, ensuring smooth store performance and excellent customer service.

You will work closely with the store manager to provide customers with professional eye care and eyewear styling advice, while fostering a collaborative, energetic team focused on coaching and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing sales role, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• A natural team player who enjoys supporting and coaching others on the shop floor.
• Able to work closely and build positive relationship with Store Manager to maintain a professional environment and customer service
• Confidence in building genuine connections with customers and creating beneficial in-store interactions.
• Has a positive, proactive attitude! You will bring energy to the team and love being part of a collaborative, supportive environment.

Responsibilities
