Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an inspirational Assistant Store Manager to lead and develop our sales team at a store/counter dedicated to prestige beauty. You will support the Store Manager in achieving sales, customer service, and operational targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role requires proven supervisory experience, strong coaching skills, and the ability to manage inventory, cash reconciliation, and POS software, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Proven supervisory track record coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software and Microsoft Office.
