Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a management position with financial responsibility.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in French and English; able to work with internal customers across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support sales growth with the store team, the sales rep, and regional management.
• Promote a culture of respect, accountability, collaboration, and teamwork.
• Recruit, develop and motivate team members, and ensure health and well-being.
• Manage the store budget and improve financial results.
• Ensure store compliance with operational processes and standards for wholesale and retail.
