The Role:

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the direct supervision and development of the management and store team. Your role includes leading, managing, and ensuring the maximization of sales growth in your store. You will also oversee loss prevention processes, including participation in prevention strategies and investigations.

Other duties include:

  1. Setting strategies, sales goals, and targets for the store, and creating a communication plan to present to teams at GSM’s.
  2. Ensuring store conditions meet established standards consistently.
  3. Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment.
  4. Recruiting and building a high-performance team in the store.
