Store Manager – Kitsilano

About the Role

As the Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our Kitsilano store. You’ll lead a team, support daily operations, and create a welcoming space for customers to discover footwear that helps them reconnect with their bodies and the planet.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to meet sales goals while delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Oversee store operations, including cash handling, inventory, and visual merchandising
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and grow community engagement
• Train and support team members in product knowledge, service standards, and daily tasks
• Monitor store performance and use data to inform decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and on-brand store environment
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role
• Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills
• Confident in leading a team — from hiring and training to coaching and performance management
• Comfortable with cash handling, financial reporting, and operational systems
• Strategic thinker with a track record of meeting (and exceeding) sales targets
• Passion for health, wellbeing, and sustainability is a plus
